: Preparations for Selecting Representatives from Each Nation Who are in
their Forties or Younger
We pray for God and True Parents' blessing and love
to be with all regions, nations and providential organizations as we create the sacred reign of peace in Cheon Il
Guk, the realm of cosmic peace.
This to announce the instructions given during the
victory celebration ceremony for the “Rally of the Cosmic Federation to
Initiate the Liberation of God’s Fatherland” that was held to commemorate
the victory of the establishment of the Abel UN and the 57th
anniversary of True Father’s release from Heungnam labor camp in North Korea.
Regional presidents and national leaders should immediately carry out the
instructions below.
1.
Instructions:
In each nation of the world, select capable members who are in their forties or
younger (Those born after December 31, 1958).
2.
Method
of Selection
1)
Choose twelve capable members from
your nation who are in their forties or younger (including the national leader
if he is within the age limit).
2)
Among the twelve candidates selected
from your nation, recommend two that can serve as representatives (including the
national leader if he is within the age limit).
3)
A lottery should be carried out
after much prayer and devotion to decide the subject partner and object partner
between the two representatives.
4)
Fill out the attachment for the
twelve people who were recommended and add a photo for each person along with
the lottery results for the two representatives.
※ Gender,
marital (Blessing) status, spiritual birthday are not relevant
※ As
long as the current national leader is within the age limit, he must be included
in the twelve candidates and be one of the two representatives.
3.
Deadline
for submitting forms: 12 noon, October 18, 2007 (

Consideration
If nations without a strong mission
foundation are unable to fill the quota, please be sure to provide a letter
stating the reason, and carry out the recommendation and lottery to the possible
extent.
